中國汽車維修行業協會成立于2001年4月，是經民政部批準并注冊登記，由民政部管理并接受交通運輸部行業指導，在中國境內從事汽車維修、檢測及相關行業的企業、事業單位、團體及個人在平等、自愿的基礎上依法組成的，具有法人資格的全國性非營利社團組織。2014及2019年連續兩次被民政部評定為4A級全國性社會組織。近二十年來，協會本著雙向服務的宗旨，在宣傳貫徹國家有關行業政策和法律法規，引領行業健康發展，規范行業自律，反饋廣大會員訴求以及提升行業人才素質等方面發揮了巨大作用。協會在汽車維修行業乃至后市場具有強大的影響力和號召力，是連接政府與企業之間重要并不可替代的橋梁和紐帶。
協會(hui)(hui)(hui)最高權力(li)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)是(shi)會(hui)(hui)(hui)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)代表大會(hui)(hui)(hui)，理事(shi)會(hui)(hui)(hui)是(shi)會(hui)(hui)(hui)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)代表大會(hui)(hui)(hui)的執行(xing)(xing)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)，秘(mi)書處(chu)為協會(hui)(hui)(hui)常(chang)設辦(ban)事(shi)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)。秘(mi)書處(chu)下設綜(zong)合(he)事(shi)務(wu)部(bu)(bu)、會(hui)(hui)(hui)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)服務(wu)部(bu)(bu)、行(xing)(xing)業(ye)發展部(bu)(bu)和對外(wai)宣傳(chuan)部(bu)(bu)等4個部(bu)(bu)門。分(fen)支(zhi)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)是(shi)協會(hui)(hui)(hui)的重要(yao)組成部(bu)(bu)分(fen)，在協會(hui)(hui)(hui)的領導下開展各項(xiang)業(ye)務(wu)活動。協會(hui)(hui)(hui)成立了技術(shu)和標準(zhun)化委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)、教育培訓工(gong)(gong)(gong)作委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)、機(ji)(ji)動車(che)檢驗檢測和污染(ran)防治(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)、事(shi)故汽(qi)車(che)修理工(gong)(gong)(gong)作委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)、汽(qi)車(che)養護裝飾美容工(gong)(gong)(gong)作委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)、汽(qi)車(che)制造(zao)企業(ye)售(shou)后服務(wu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)、汽(qi)車(che)維(wei)修救援工(gong)(gong)(gong)作委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)、汽(qi)車(che)維(wei)修配(pei)件工(gong)(gong)(gong)作委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)、連鎖經(jing)營工(gong)(gong)(gong)作委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)、汽(qi)車(che)信息工(gong)(gong)(gong)作委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)、潤滑油脂養護工(gong)(gong)(gong)作委(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)等11個分(fen)支(zhi)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)，并主辦(ban)了《汽(qi)車(che)維(wei)護與修理》雜(za)志，作為自(zi)己(ji)的會(hui)(hui)(hui)刊(kan)。協會(hui)(hui)(hui)會(hui)(hui)(hui)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)包括團體和個人會(hui)(hui)(hui)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)，遍及(ji)全國各地，涵蓋汽(qi)車(che)維(wei)修、整車(che)生(sheng)產、配(pei)件及(ji)裝備(bei)制造(zao)、科研院所(suo)、大專院校(xiao)、金融(rong)保險(xian)及(ji)互聯網等相關領域(yu)。目前我會(hui)(hui)(hui)會(hui)(hui)(hui)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)數已超過1000家。
協會的(de)宗(zong)旨：高(gao)舉(ju)中(zhong)國特(te)色社會主義(yi)偉(wei)大旗(qi)幟，遵守(shou)中(zhong)華人民(min)共和(he)(he)國憲法、法律、法規和(he)(he)國家(jia)政策(ce)，遵守(shou)社會道德(de)風(feng)尚；以馬克思列寧主義(yi)、毛澤東思想(xiang)、鄧(deng)小平理論、“三個代表”重要思想(xiang)、科(ke)學發(fa)展觀(guan)、習近平新時代中(zhong)國特(te)色社會主義(yi)思想(xiang)為指導，堅(jian)持為政府(fu)服(fu)(fu)務、行(xing)業(ye)服(fu)(fu)務、會員服(fu)(fu)務、社會服(fu)(fu)務的(de)方針，以改革創新的(de)精神和(he)(he)求真務實的(de)作(zuo)風(feng)；為政府(fu)和(he)(he)企事(shi)(shi)業(ye)單位服(fu)(fu)務，當好參謀(mou)和(he)(he)助手，發(fa)揮橋梁和(he)(he)紐(niu)帶的(de)作(zuo)用；加強協調和(he)(he)協作(zuo)，反(fan)映(ying)會員單位的(de)愿望和(he)(he)要求，保(bao)護(hu)會員單位的(de)正當利益和(he)(he)合法權(quan)益；做好自律性行(xing)業(ye)管理工作(zuo)，維(wei)護(hu)行(xing)業(ye)整體利益，發(fa)揮行(xing)業(ye)總體優勢(shi)；深化企業(ye)改革、推(tui)動技術進(jin)步、促進(jin)汽車維(wei)修(xiu)和(he)(he)檢測(ce)事(shi)(shi)業(ye)的(de)發(fa)展。
協(xie)會的(de)業(ye)(ye)(ye)務(wu)范(fan)圍：參與汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)維(wei)(wei)修(xiu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)發展(zhan)戰略研(yan)究(jiu)，為政(zheng)府(fu)主(zhu)管(guan)部門制定(ding)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)規劃、產業(ye)(ye)(ye)政(zheng)策和(he)(he)(he)立法工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)提(ti)(ti)(ti)供建(jian)議；收集、整理、分析汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)維(wei)(wei)修(xiu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)信(xin)息資料(liao)，為政(zheng)府(fu)主(zhu)管(guan)部門決策提(ti)(ti)(ti)供依據，為會員提(ti)(ti)(ti)供服(fu)務(wu)；制訂行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)規行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)約，規范(fan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)為，建(jian)立行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)自(zi)律機制，協(xie)調行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)內部關(guan)系，維(wei)(wei)護行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)平等(deng)(deng)競(jing)爭，提(ti)(ti)(ti)高行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)整體素質，維(wei)(wei)護行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)和(he)(he)(he)會員的(de)權益(yi)；組織(zhi)(zhi)學術(shu)和(he)(he)(he)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)標準研(yan)究(jiu)，開(kai)展(zhan)咨(zi)詢服(fu)務(wu)及(ji)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)推廣等(deng)(deng)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)，參與汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)維(wei)(wei)修(xiu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)、科研(yan)成果(guo)鑒定(ding)；組織(zhi)(zhi)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)維(wei)(wei)修(xiu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)各項培(pei)訓(xun)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)和(he)(he)(he)全國性(xing)技(ji)(ji)能比賽，提(ti)(ti)(ti)升行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)人才素質；舉辦專業(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)展(zhan)覽(lan)會，搭(da)建(jian)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)新產品展(zhan)示和(he)(he)(he)新技(ji)(ji)術(shu)交流平臺；開(kai)展(zhan)經濟(ji)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)交流與合作(zuo)，加強與國外相關(guan)組織(zhi)(zhi)的(de)交流與合作(zuo)。
協會自成立以來，始終秉承為政(zheng)府(fu)(fu)和(he)(he)(he)會員服務(wu)的(de)(de)宗(zong)旨，認(ren)真發(fa)揮橋(qiao)梁(liang)和(he)(he)(he)紐(niu)帶作用，積極地為政(zheng)府(fu)(fu)管理(li)部門和(he)(he)(he)會員企(qi)業(ye)(ye)服務(wu)，做了大量(liang)卓(zhuo)有成效(xiao)的(de)(de)工作，得到了政(zheng)府(fu)(fu)管理(li)部門和(he)(he)(he)廣(guang)大會員企(qi)業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)好評。
CHINA AUTOMOTIVE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR TRADE ASSOCIATION
China Automotive Maintenance and Repair Trade Association , hereafter referred to as CAMRA, is approved by and registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People’s Republic of China and in the charge of Ministry of Transport of the People’s Republic of China. It is the only national automotive maintenance and repair trade association with legal personality legally established by enterprises, institutions, groups and individuals going in for automotive maintenance and repair, detecting test of automotive and related industries within the territory of China on the basis of the principles of equality and voluntary. This association is also a non-profit social group.
CAMRA was established in April, 2001. At present, the association is composed of 11 branches with more than 1000 group members.
CAMRA's main scope of work: to play a role of bridge and link between governments and members according to the central tasks of automotive maintenance and repair industry; to participate in strategic research on the development of automotive maintenance and repair industry, so as to provide advice to government departments to develop industry planning, industrial policy and legislation; to organize academic research and industry standards research, develop consulting services and technology promotion, etc.; to collect, arrange and analyze information materials about automotive maintenance and repair industry; to organize training work about automotive maintenance and repair, to develop economic and technological exchanges and cooperation and strengthen exchanges and cooperation with foreign-related organizations.
CAMRA is committed wholeheartedly to government departments, member units and extensive automotive users in the automotive maintenance and repair industry.
